Located in a superb location, with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. The hotel was nicely decorated with Christmas lights all around, creating a cozy atmosphere. My room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed and a decent shower.
I had a frustrating experience with the air conditioning system. The airco kept switching to heating mode without any notification, which made the room unnecessarily hot. I had to visit the reception several times to fix this issue. Additionally, the entrance to the garage was quite difficult to manage, and the staff didn't offer any advice on how to navigate it. I was disappointed with these aspects of my stay.

During my Easter stay, I appreciated the free parking that was offered, as it spared me the headache of finding a spot in the busy town center. the hotel's proximity to the main attractions of the city made it easy for me to explore the area. the room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, providing me with a good night's sleep.
the air conditioning system in the room was faulty, shifting sporadically, and not cooling the room efficiently.

This hotel had a really convenient location right in the middle of town and was close to everything we needed. It was easy to get to shops and other necessities. the room was a good size and the bathroom was nice and clean. the staff provided great service, and the breakfast was really good! There were amazing facilities and quite a few advantages to staying at this hotel, like secure bicycle storage, comfortable beds, and sound-proof rooms.
I did experience some issues with the shower drain and lighting, which made it a bit difficult to shower comfortably.
